Welcome to the Connect Rappahannock ChildNet Connection e-mail list for professionals, parents, and community members of the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula of Virginia. ChildNet is an online forum to share ideas, concerns, and resources for early care and education of young children. ChildNet is moderated by InterCounty Childcare Connection, a childcare resource and referral program of the Virginia Cooperative Extension. Reaching out to a diverse audience, we encourage family members, child care professionals, educators, public administrators, social services departments, faith community leaders, health service providers, legislators and county officials, and concerned citizens--anyone invested in the success of early childhood development and education to join ChildNet. We are your link to resources and information to strengthen and support families raising children, and your network to support collaborative partnerships to promote quality and ensure comprehensive and seamless service delivery systems. Using ChildNet
To post a message to all the list members, send email to childnet@connectnetwork.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ChildNet
Subscribe to ChildNet by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
