NOVEMBER 11 ~ Historic Tax Credit Seminar; What You Need to Know:  
Saturday, November 11th, 9:00 am to Noon, the Alliance to Conserve Old 
Richmond Neighborhoods (A.C.O.R.N.) is sponsoring a seminar on the 
various components of the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, how it can 
be utilized and beneficial. The seminar will be divided into three 
segments:

* Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits:  The Application Process
* Syndicating (Selling) Historic Tax Credits
* Tax Credit Accounting; how the "Paperwork" works
