Why is the APVA tiptoeing around the Henrico County Board of Supervisors
intent to develop the East End of Richmond? You had the power to advocate
preservation in an area so rich with history, but everyone can see you will
just sit back and watch it happen. Shame on you.

*Anonymous because I don't want to 'find a horse's head in my bed,' as
suggested as a possibilty by Ray Jernigan of the Henrico County Planning
Commission in response to the concerns of a citizen speaking publicly about
growth in her Henrico district (Lines 999-1081, Dec 15. 2004 Planning
Commission of Henrico Minutes). Or worse, maybe I might find developers in
my bed.*
