VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO "ADOPT A GRANDPARENT" AND VISIT WITH ISOLATED ELDERLY 



Richmond April 2006 -- ElderFriends is a group of friendly visiting 
volunteers who are matched with and visit isolated elders in their own 
homes three to four times monthly.  Many seniors live alone & without the 
support from family and friends.  Make a difference in your life and in 
your community.  Adopt a Grandparent!


ElderFriends is a program of the Department of Gerontology at VCU.  We are 
looking for volunteers to "ADOPT A GRANDPARENT" in the Greater Richmond 
area.

Make a commitment ? Join us for our Volunteer Training on Saturday, 
July 8th from 10:00am to 12:30 pm
